Description
Got bored and felt like doing another design, this time based on a fun polkadot handkerchief I have (which I made into a makeshift top for the photos). XD
This collage also shows how I pull off the whole crazy lashes effect without having to use the actual fake ones you apply with adhesive and all that jazz. So yes, simple design, but lots of fun anyway!
